before you book

How booking works

Pick your tier and request a time. I approve every request myself, so you'll hear back before anything is charged.

Deposit

$10 by Apple Pay or Zelle, due once your appointment is approved. I'll send you the details when I confirm you, and it comes off your total.

Removals

Free for 24kay clients · $20 for work done elsewhere

Paying the balance

The rest is cash at your appointment. Apple Pay works too, with a $5 fee.

Rescheduling & cancellation

$15 fee to move or cancel your appointment, unless I'm the one rescheduling you.

Running late

10 minutes late adds $15. At 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled.

No-shows

No-calls and cancellations pay the full remaining balance of the missed appointment before booking again.

Guests

No guests, and no walk-ins. Everything is by appointment, so DM @24kay.nails if nothing online works for you.

Bring them. Send a reference ahead of time and I'll make sure your tier has room for it.
